Spring Fling Brings Neighbors Together
Spring was in the air, and in the park, at master-planned Sundance at the second annual Spring Fling and Earth Day event on Saturday, April 19. Kids bounded across the grassy fields of Wildflower Park and jumped to their heart's content in the jungle-themed Scooby-Doo jumper. An Earth Day magic show delighted toddlers, while parents enjoyed coffee and donuts, compliments of the Sundance home builders. Sundance families celebrated Earth Day by bringing their recyclable cans and bottles (proceeds went to Sundance Elementary School) and got a head
start on their spring planting with complimentary wildflower seed packets
and pony packs of dianthus and lobelia.

Wagging Tails, Smiling Faces
More than a dozen adoptable animals recently found their forever homes at the first annual Sundance Pet Adoption Fair. Many of those went to Sundance residents, including some of the adorable golden lab puppies brought to the event by the Riverside County Department of Animal Services. "The location of the event was perfect," said Lori Neddermann, animal adoption chief for the Riverside agency. Wildflower Park was buzzing with activity, especially at the soccer collie interactive arena, where kids and adults alike,
got a chance to try and keep Ms. Z, the soccer playing border collie,
from scoring.
